Distributor line through Cain & Bultman. Product on the ticket — often laminate or value vinyl — carries the mill warranty, not a single BPI household letter.
Laminate and vinyl care
Care
- Sweep, dust, or vacuum with a hard-floor tool. No beater bar.
- Blot spills as they happen. Do not let liquid stand on the joints.
- Damp-mop with a laminate or hard-surface cleaner the mill names (Shaw R2X Hard Surface is the Shaw product). No mop-and-bucket flood, no steam mop, no oil soap, no wax, no citrus or ammonia cleaners.
- Felt pads under furniture. Do not slide appliances across the floor.

Warranty
- BPI / Cain & Bultman supply many mills. The warranty is the one printed for that style.
- Keep the sample tag. We keep the PO. That is what a claim needs.

Our year on top of theirs
Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
