Cambria

Care and warranty

Cambria

American-made quartz. Slabs move through Artistic Stoneworks for templating and install.

Quartz care

Care

  • Wipe with warm water, a soft cloth, and mild soap. Quartz (Cambria, Cosentino Silestone, MSI Q) is nonporous and does not need sealing or polish.
  • Use a closed-weave trivet or hot pad. Do not set a hot pan, slow cooker, air fryer, or griddle on the slab. Thermal shock at the edge is a known failure, not a manufacturing defect.
  • Cut on a board. Quartz is hard; knives are harder on the edge than on the slab.
  • Keep oven cleaner, drain opener, paint stripper, and high-pH stuff off the surface. Rinse immediately if they land.
  • Cambria’s own page is blunt: no sealing, no polish. Warm water, soft cotton, mild soap.
  • Do not park heat-producing appliances on the slab. Cambria names electric frying pans, griddles, air fryers, slow cookers, roaster ovens, and heat lamps.

Official care from the manufacturer

Warranty

  • Full lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Transferable to a later owner of the house.
  • Applies when the slab is fabricated and installed for interior use by a Cambria-approved shop — which is how we run it.
  • Cambria Customer Care: 1-866-CAMBRIA. Register and download the letter at cambriausa.com/warranty.
  • Our one-year labor warranty is separate and sits on the install.

Our year on top of theirs

Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
