Care

• Sweep or vacuum with a hard-floor tool. No beater bar.
• Damp-mop with a pH-neutral vinyl cleaner. COREtec names Encore; most mills accept a neutral pH hard-surface cleaner.
• Wipe spills right away. The wear layer is waterproof; standing water at the walls and flooding of the subfloor are not.
• No steam mop, no wax, no oil soap, no abrasive pads, no bleach stronger than a light dilution the mill allows.
• Skip rubber-backed mats. They can discolor vinyl.
• Use pads under furniture and chairs.

Warranty

• Typical COREtec residential package: lifetime limited wear, lifetime limited structure, lifetime limited waterproof, and on current sheets a lifetime pet-stain term for indoor cats and dogs.
• Wear-through means the vinyl layer is gone down to the core on at least 3% of the floor. Scratches and gloss loss are not wear.
• Waterproof means the plank. It does not cover a flooded house, a failed slab, or standing water left at the trim.
• Must be installed indoors to COREtec instructions. Labor is limited on many letters.
• Some collections (example: Galaxy) use a 30-year residential wear letter instead of lifetime. The style on the ticket wins.

Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
