Care

• Sweep or vacuum grit. Damp-mop glazed porcelain with a pH-neutral tile cleaner.
• Do not use vinegar, bleach, or abrasive pads on a routine. They etch grout and some finishes.
• Glazed porcelain does not need sealing. Cement grout often does; follow the grout brand. Natural stone and some unglazed tiles do need a penetrating sealer.
• Clean grout haze with a haze remover, not more acid on a guess.
• In a shower, squeegee glass and tile after use. Standing hard water is what clouds the room, not the porcelain.

Warranty

• Florida Tile branded product is warranted to meet ANSI A137.1 and the published spec, and to be reasonably free of manufacturing defect.
• Residential: for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Not transferable.
• Commercial: 18 months from ship date.
• Third-party products Florida Tile sells travel on that other mill’s letter.
• Remedy is replacement tile or a refund of the tile price, at Florida Tile’s option. Labor is not in the mill letter.

Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
