Care and warranty
Robert F. Henry Tile
Regional tile distributor. The mill on the carton — not Henry — writes the product warranty.
Tile care
Care
- Sweep or vacuum grit. Damp-mop glazed porcelain with a pH-neutral tile cleaner.
- Do not use vinegar, bleach, or abrasive pads on a routine. They etch grout and some finishes.
- Glazed porcelain does not need sealing. Cement grout often does; follow the grout brand. Natural stone and some unglazed tiles do need a penetrating sealer.
- Clean grout haze with a haze remover, not more acid on a guess.
- In a shower, squeegee glass and tile after use. Standing hard water is what clouds the room, not the porcelain.
Official care from the manufacturer
Warranty
- Robert F. Henry warehouses other people’s tile. Coverage is the manufacturer letter for that series.
- We keep the PO and the series name so a claim can go to the right factory.
Official warranty from the manufacturer
Our year on top of theirs
Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
This page is a plain-language summary of published manufacturer care and warranty pages as of September 2026. It is not the legal warranty. Terms, exclusions, and remedies live on the manufacturer’s current letter. Product on your invoice is the product that counts.
