Terms of Use

The site is published by Artistic Design Studio, the showroom at 622 Lovejoy Road NW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not send the form and do not rely on the pages as a bid.

What this site is

The pages describe kitchens, baths, cabinets, counters, and floors we design and install on the Emerald Coast. Photos, brand logos, planning notes, and copy are here so you can see how we work and start a conversation. They are not a catalog with live inventory or a promise that a slab on a mill site is in our rack today.

Quotes are requests, not prices

Request a Quote and the planning-notes form are requests to talk. Nothing you tap in a planning tool is an estimate, a start date, or a scope we are bound to. A number you can hold comes after we measure, look at the floor or the wet wall, and send a written proposal. The proposal, once both sides sign it, is the agreement. These website terms do not replace that paper.

Planning notes

The kitchen, bath, cabinet, counter, and floor notes are a way to write down how you use the room. Send them if you want a designer to read them before the visit. We may keep those answers with your lead. They still are not a specification. Materials, layout, and price can change after we see the house.

Warranty on the site

The site describes a one-year warranty on materials and labor for work we sell and install. The written proposal and any manufacturer warranty control if there is a difference. Mill care and warranty pages linked from /brands/ belong to those companies. We do not rewrite their terms.

Projects and addresses

Project pages show a city and a photo of work we did. They do not publish the street or the homeowner’s last name. Do not treat a pin as an invitation to visit that house. Do not copy a photo and present it as your own project.

Your messages

You are responsible for what you type. Do not send us someone else’s private information you have no right to share. Do not use the form to abuse staff or to break the law. We may refuse a lead that is spam, a scam, or not a real project in the area we serve.

Our materials

The studio name, logo, page copy, project photos, and the way this site is put together belong to Artistic Design Studio or to the people who licensed a photo or a mark to us. You may not scrape the site, copy the planning questions into another company’s tool, or reuse project photos in an ad without written permission. Manufacturer logos are their marks. We use them as a dealer or seller of those lines, not as the mill.

Stock photography and video on some service pages are licensed for this site. They are examples of a look, not always a job we photographed ourselves. Job photos in /projects/ are our work unless a caption says otherwise.

Accuracy

Hours, phone numbers, brand lists, and city pages can change. We try to keep them true. If a page and the showroom disagree, the showroom and the written proposal win. Links to manufacturer care sheets can move. We are not liable for a mill page that 404s after they redesign their site.

Liability

The site is provided as information. To the extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for a decision you make from a page, a planning summary, or a photo before we have seen the room and you have a signed proposal. That includes a finish that looks different on your monitor than it does on the sample wall. Our responsibility for a job we perform is in the proposal and the warranty, not in these website terms.

We do not promise the site will always be up, free of errors, or free of a virus that arrived through a third-party script we did not write.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without a fight about whose law applies. The courts in Okaloosa County, Florida, are the place for a dispute that is about this website. A dispute about a signed remodeling contract follows that contract.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the date the current version started. Keep using the site after a change means you accept the new version for later visits.
